Chef De Cuisine

Originally from Anchorage, Alaska, Travis spent his formative years on the West Coast before settling in the Holland area, where his passion for cooking truly took shape. He joined Hops nine years ago as a cook and, through dedication and steady growth, rose to the role of Executive Sous Chef—a position he held for five years—before stepping into the role of Chef de Cuisine in early 2026.

Travis’s culinary strengths lie in Cajun and French cuisine, where he’s known for bold flavors, thoughtful technique, and creative presentation. Outside the kitchen, he enjoys playing pool and is an avid card collector. As he approaches a decade with Hops, we’re proud to have Travis continue as a key leader and an integral part of our team.
