Olivia Johnson

Assistant Manager

Originally from Reed City, Michigan, Olivia moved to Holland to join the Hops’ team in 2025. She came with 8 years of restaurant experience as well as a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management from Central Michigan University. Most of her experience is in serving and bartending, but she completed an internship that allowed her to cross train in a variety of roles, giving her a well-rounded work history. After graduating, Olivia worked as a manager at a hotel and restaurant in the Lansing area. She knew she wanted to come back to the Holland area after her internship and was thrilled about the opportunity to work at Hops.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys traveling, reading, spending time outdoors, bullying Steve, and practicing new crafts and art forms. She also loves animals and spending time with her rescue cat, Prada.
