Josh Petrick

Assistant Manager

Originally from Ripon, Wisconsin. Josh and his family moved to Holland, Michigan in 1997. Josh began his culinary career working in kitchens at 14-years old, doing prep and dishwashing. After graduating from high school and already working in kitchens for 4-years, he went to college for culinary arts. Josh has now worked in restaurants/food industry for 22-years, joining Hops back in March 2026. Josh splits his time at Hops working in the kitchen and managing. Eventually, Josh would like to go back to school for business/marketing. 

 During his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, spending time outdoors, music and watching sports.
