Caleb Wilson is a lifelong Holland local whose passion for food was shaped early on, growing up around restaurants while his mom worked in the industry. That exposure sparked his interest in cooking and eventually led him to Hops, where he’s continued to refine his skills and develop his own style in the kitchen. When he’s not cooking, Caleb can usually be found playing video games, collecting trading cards, climbing, or getting outside to enjoy Michigan whenever the weather cooperates.
