• HOPS Margarita: Our signature house twist.
🍳 BRUNCH SPECIAL (11:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
• Huevos Rancheros: Corn tortillas, refried beans, salsa ranchera, chorizo, avocado, queso fresco, sweet cumin crema. Topped with a sunny egg.
🌮 DINNER SPECIALS (Starting at 5 PM)
• Salsa Flight (App): Corn tortilla chips with Salsa Verde (mild), Pico de Gallo (medium), Salsa Ranchera (hot), and fresh guacamole.
• Shrimp Ceviche Tostada (App): Shrimp, avocado, red onion, jalapeño, cucumber, cilantro, queso fresco, and salsa verde.
