Valentine's Weekend
We cordially invite you to celebrate Valentine’s Weekend at Hops! From Friday, February 13th through Sunday, February 15th we will be serving the following specials from Chefs Repp and North. Live music will be provided by Collin Jones on Saturday, February 14th, from 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Dinner menu plus Specials below.
The Specials
Small Plates:
[Raw] Oysters: On the half shell, East coast, champagne mignonette, horseradish, lemon.
[Raw] Toro: Bluefin tuna belly, crispy rice, benne oil Nashville hot, ramp ponzu beurre monte, pickled apple, black salt sorghum, herbs.
Potato Beignets: Pate a choux, caviar, chives, creme fraiche.
Winter Chopped Salad: Pepita butter, apple, butternut squash, red beets, kale, Parmesan Reggiano, citrus vinaigrette.
Entrees:
Lobster: Butter poached tail, knuckle, and claw, lumache pasta, house smoked pork belly lardons, 4 cheese mornay, cheddar fry biscuit breadcrumb, chervil.
Short Rib: Sweet Soy braised, carrots, bok choy, cipollini, white cheddar sorghum, scallion, beech mushroom, jus.
Duck: Confit and fried, celeriac purée, fig gastrique, cipollini, Brussels sprouts, winter herb oil.
Steak: 14 oz. Durham Ranch Wagyu Ribeye, potato pave, red wine pan sauce, asparagus, pickled mustard seed.
Dessert:
Cake: Devils food, chocolate frosting, raspberry coulis.

Seating
We will be offering limited reservations from 3:00 pm until 9:30 pm on Friday, February 13th - Saturday, February 14th. There is a $25 non-refundable reservation fee that will be applied to your check. Please click HERE to see available reservations. **NOTE: When you click the link to make your reservation, the default date shown will be the current date. Please click that panel and select February 13th or February 14th.
Roughly 1/2 of our available seating will saved for walk-ins. Please use our website link to get on the waitlist if you plan to come without a reservation. If we are on a wait when you check the link then it will allow you to put yourself on the wait list before you leave the house. When you come in, make your way to the host stand and let them know you have arrived. The link is on the top of our front page.
On Saturday, February 14th, we will be serving our Lunch menu from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm. Our Dinner Menu will be served from 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Chefs Repp & North's Valentine specials will be offered from 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Friday and Saturday and from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Sunday. Specials will be served while they last.
